The Knightsbridge Investment Fund (KIF) is designed to allow investors to direct their capital into a pool of funds that will be exposed to prime real estate within the world’s foremost emerging markets. KIF will utilise its global network of real estate professionals to source the best deals available within these markets.
Initially KIF will focus on the emerging markets of the UAE such as Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. The aim is to then expand the focus to surrounding states such as Oman and Qatar, and then in line with growth, invest in markets such as Malaysia and China.
KIF has an aggressive growth strategy and to achieve this has established a network of real estate brokers, developers and market intelligence experts around the world to ensure it always has access to variety of options and remains proactive in regards to researching growth, liquidity and risks within its target markets.
